Comerford Pavilion
Client: Cal Poly Corporation
Cost: $8 million
San Luis Obispo, CA
Project Delivery: Design-Bid-Build
Size: 5,000 sq ft
Project Type: New Construction

Originally known as the "Cal Poly Tennis Clubhouse," the Comerford Pavilion has become a standout facility within Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s athletics program. Renamed in honor of the donors who made the project possible, the pavilion features locker rooms and lounges for student-athletes, as well as spectator seating to accommodate audiences. A commemorative storage space honoring the legacy of the tennis program was preserved and thoughtfully repurposed into a modern nutrition center to support student-athlete wellness.
